What users are reporting

Two symptoms, reported by a small number of users around October 24–26, 2026.

Which Emochi are you using?

This matters because the reports name a specific app. On October 27, 2026 the iPhone App Store listed EMOCHI World: AI Story Chat by MESORA PTE. LTD. (rated 17+, version 2.1.0 from October 22). The Android app is listed under FlowGPT, and the website is emochi.com.

In the comments, some users say the website behaves differently from EMOCHI World; one says they could not sign in on the website at all. We have not tested replies on any of them, and we have not confirmed whether they share accounts, models or content rules.

Before you change anything

Write down the details. App name and version, model, the time it started and one example reply. This is what support needs.
Save the story you care about. Note the character’s personality, your relationship, world rules and the last scene. If you made your own characters, you can move them to another service with the character migration tool.
Do not cancel or pay in a hurry. A subscription is managed in the store where you bought it; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Use the official feedback channel. Emochi’s public feedback board is where the team tracks reports. Search before posting so similar reports stay together.

If your story no longer works in its current app, try a short scene elsewhere with your saved notes. Check the destination’s own rules and limits first. No other app imports your Emochi chats or characters automatically, and we do not claim any service has fewer content limits.
