Backend and Frontend each showed 100%, and the page listed no notifications in the previous seven days. At 01:34 UTC, StatusGator also displayed an operational status, but its own recent reports included slow performance, loading errors and waiting queues. Those reports describe user experiences; they do not establish a platform-wide outage.

StatusGator also repeats the official status. We treat its separately collected reports as the independent evidence, rather than counting the same green indicator twice.

A short check before another retry

  1. If your last message is still visible, copy any unsaved text before reloading.
  2. Record whether you see a queue, a blank page, an error, or a reply that never arrives. Include the time and time zone.
  3. Compare one other chat, or the same page on another network, if you can. Note what changes; this alone does not diagnose the cause.
  4. Check the official status and an independent tracker again later. Keep your account and existing chats while you investigate.

Keep the scene without promising a transfer

If you can still read the conversation, save the character details you are allowed to keep, the relationship and the last scene in your own notes. We have not verified a Janitor AI export or migration method, so this is a manual record, not a promise to move your chat.

For a separate story, those notes can help you remember what matters. Opening another service does not copy your Janitor AI account or conversation.
